This is something that is out of our control, however if your chosen size does not fit, be reassured that it can be changed for a different size or returned for a full refund*. Delivery We offer free posting and packaging on all items in our store. Once an order is placed your item/s are generally dispatched within 1 working day via Royal Mail First Class. The mens t-shirts are Super Premium, women's and kids are standard weight. All of our t-shirts are good quality, durable and long lasting. The full specifics of the t-shirt's can be viewed below: Q: How should I care for my garment? A: Fruit Of The Loom recommends washing kids/ladies garments at a maximum of 40°. Mens t-shirts can be washed up to 60° celcius due to differing material. Garments should be ironed on a medium heat and tumble dried on a low heat. Dry cleaning and bleaching the item will result in damage to the material. Q: Can I exchange or return my item? A: If for any reason you would like to return an item we offer returns of up to 14 days of initial purchase as long as the item is unused and returned in the original packaging. Buyer must pay postage. If you would like to change your item for a different size then please message us and this can be easily arranged. Q: Can you customise an item? A: yes, customisation is something that we can offer on most of our t-shirts. Normally names, texts and small additions/alterations can be easily acheived.
