Description: National Geographic MagazineMay 1966 Description: Offered at auction is the 1966 May issue of National Geographic Magazine (VOL. 129, No. 5). This magazine would be a good reference or study guide for an aspiring Jeopardy contestant. It has been stored for the last 35 years. It covers a variety of topics, as only National Geographic can do. Inserts are not included. Issue topics include: California, the Golden Magnet; Capturing Strange Creatures in Colombia; Saving the Ancient Temples at Abu Simbel. Condition: This issue is far from perfect. There is a tear to the top left cover and a crease on the bottom right. There is writing on the back cover. There is discoloration to the cover from age and there is wear on the spine. There is about a 2cm chunk missing from the 1st page but otherwise no tears to the inner pages. There is no writing on the inner pages. Rust spots on inside front cover from staple binding. All text legible. No stuck pages. No mold. Shipping: Shipping is calculated at the time of sale by ebay based on the current shipping rates and includes tracking. For buyers purchasing multiple items from me, combined shipping may be available upon request. Thanks for looking!
