It is documented to the Fratelli Toso company, and still has part of the original "Murano Glass - Made In Italy" blue and silver label underneath. The vase is profusely covered in gold leaf throughout the outside, with clear glass layer over the surface. The piece has a ribbed body, with squared top rim, and rounded shape towards the bottom. It is made with thick glass and is pretty heavy.
