The rotating handle, an exclusive Motorola design, contains the radio 's antenna. It could be turned to improve radio station tuning. A Golden Voice speaker and Volumetric technology kept the sound from fading out. The radio can operate on regular 120 volt house current. For portable use the radio uses one type "A" battery plus one type "B" battery. Dimensions of the radio are approximately 10-1/4 inches wide, 9 inches height and 3 inches depth. This radio is a true survivor and unusually clean for its age. The case is in excellent condition with no dents or other damage. The fabric covered metal body is super nice too.
