Description: Custom mounting bracket for mounting two 60mm cooling fans to the heatsink on Motorola/Radius M1225 mobile radios. This places the fans directly over the hottest spot of the heatsink, the final transistor mounting location. These radios get HOT with long winded conversations or use as a link radio, repeater exciter, APRS, Echolink, etc etc. Keep it cool! All you need is two 60mm fans and ten PC fan screws. Eight to attach the fans to the bracket and two to attach the bracket to the radio. Alternately you can tap the holes in the heatsink for a machine screw if you wanted. This is for the bracket only, NO FAN OR SCREWS INCLUDED! A Note on any buyer issues...
