Reverse has definitely Proof like reflective surfaces, but I don't believe they (PCGS or NGC) would grade a one-sided PL coin. In addition, I think they start PL classification with a minimum of MS-63. Technically, it is a lustrous BU/MS coin, but a small mark (in the middle of the eagle's chest) this is what took it to AU.
