Description: This series is called "Morbid Monster Stickers: Original Art Series" because we are making the original art used to produce the set available for auction to the general public. 10 new pieces of art were done by the Morbid Monster artist, Bill Bristow. The art was used to make a very limited set of 9 stickers with all new characters. The 10th piece was used to create the wrapper. The complete set of 9 stickers comes inside a special "test" pack. These packs are designed to look like a Topps "test" issue from the 1960s-70s (white wax wrapper with the art as a sticker). The packs are all numbered and only 50 were made. Of the 50, 1 pack goes with each piece of original art, 5 packs went to the artist, and 5 packs went to the designer (ME!). That leaves only 30 packs available and a few of those are already gone to family and friends. It's been over 20 years since the last set of Morbid Monsters were done. Will there be more? You guys will decide based on how well this set sells. This auction is for the original art used to make sticker #9 - Gruesome Greg. Each piece of art is mounted on acid free board and comes with a COA and "prototype" sticker affixed to the board. In addition, you also get one sealed numbered "test" pack that contains the whole set of stickers. THIS IS THE ORIGINAL ART DONE BY BILL BRISTOW THAT WAS USED TO MAKE THE STICKERS AND IS ONE-OF-A-KIND!!!!
