The Extremely High Quality intel Micro Processor chips are manufactured by Intel in Oregon and only they can burn test them after the box has been destroyed and the chips removed. Please do not try and test this Level 5 electronics product with old conventional test equipment, it is NOT a conventional ECU there are no transistors to test. Technical Bulletin 2: The burn program in the Micro-processor is proprietary information and can not be altered do not attempt to tamper with the programming it CAN NOT be done externally. There is no possible gains that could be made by altering the program anyhow, if there was we would have already done it.
