The Cap and Barrel are made out of 18K solid gold and 15 bright genuine natural diamonds are installed on the Clip, see pictures, any dark lines/spots on the Pen’s Cap/Body are light reflections the Pen is really beautiful, in mint condition, hardly seems to be used, literally like new and comes with Montblanc large box, ink bottle & service guide, please note; the box is for regular Montblanc 149 fountain pens.
