It was published by Girls Gone By Publishers, of London, in 2013 and is Complete and Unabridged. The book measures 7.5 inches x 5 inches and has 279 pages. The book is a very good, bright, clean and neat condition softback, with minor marks to the rims. There are NO inscriptions/book-plates and NO other ink or pencil markings in the book. The binding is very good with no loose or missing pages. A wonderful, illustrated edition in what appears to be unread condition.
