Modify your Ibanez TS9 Tube Screamer with upgrades! Mod Service Only (No Pedal)

Description: You supply your Ibanez TS9 Tube Screamer! No pedal is included! Notes: This is the ultimate Tube Screamer mod - only available through Alchemy Audio! In its stock form, the Ibanez Tube Screamer suffers from a dull, thin sound which can be a bit harsh. To remedy this, I add a an original spec JRC4558 opamp chip - just like the originals! I also upgrade many circuit components to add richness, clarity and fidelity to the tone. Want more gain? Our mod achieves that too! The difference between my modified pedal and a stock unit is astounding. Additionally, I add a bright LED and upgraded knobs in your choice of color. We don't stop there. We add a boost circuit loosely based on the ZVEX SHO - which is controlled by a separate on/off switch and status LED + volume control. Want to boost your signal for leads / soloing? Now you can. This boost works separately and independently of the Tube Screamer circuit - meaning you can have both on or off individually! . Lastly, we wire the circuit for true bypass switching using the 'Silent Step' relay switching system from Griffin Effects. No more tone loss when the effect is bypassed! It also sounds better with the effect "on" too! Best of all, the stock on/off switch still functions as normal! It's just now true bypass. Professionally installed by me. Requires 9 volt battery or DC power (battery and power supply not included). Yes, you can still use battery power after the mod! I know what I am doing and my work is clean and correct. I am meticulous in my work. I pay attention to the details - including cleaning / lubricating all jacks and pots, replacing any worn or missing battery straps, grommets and screws and fully testing every function prior to shipment.
