It is Signed LISNER and is circa 1960's. Well-made brooch has a heavy dimensional open domed 2-tone silver setting with both textured & shiny/smooth silver tones. It has a VERY COOL feather/ leaf swirl design and is larger than many similar brooches of its time. Brooch measures approximately 2 1/4" x 2" x 3/4" and weighs a relatively hefty 0.9 oz. Barely a sign of any surface wear and overall, it is definitely in EXCELLENT NEAR-MINT vintage condition (especially for its age).
