Description: PLEASE READ !!!! This MACSQuant flow cytometer was a part of a large bulk purchase of a lab whose program was being shutdown. When I arrived at the lab 80 percent of the instruments were labeled either "working, not working or discard" and some not labeled at all. This particular instrument was labeled "working unit" and came just as pictured. So I'm selling it just as I received it. When I first viewed this instrument it was shown to me in a lab and the lab manger told me it was working but would be in use up until the closing of the lab, well 3 months later I purchased it through the surplus department and when it got to my shop I noticed the bottle assembly was missing (not sure if my guys misplaced it or they forgot to include it) either way I don't have it! So I don't have anyway of testing it other than powering it on and letting it go through a boot up/selftest with the results displayed in the photos. Because of my inability to test the unit myself and the bottle assembly being missing, I must sell it as a parts unit. I have sold over 90 items from my purchase and have relied on how each item was labeled and any self testing I was able to do and have not received one complaint.
