MIKASA FRENCH COUNTRYSIDE WHITE 6 CUPS/SMALL MUGS F9000 MADE IN JAPAN EXC.COND

Description: Very nice set of 6 Mikasa "French Countryside" cups/small mugs which are in perfect condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, discoloration, etc. I don't believe they have ever been used. These are all older production - made in Japan. They measure 3 1/2 inches in height, have a diameter at upper rim of 3 1/2 inches and a large easy to hold handle. They are marked on bottom "Mikasa French Countryside F9000 Dishwasher & Microwave safe Japan-E". "French Countryside" is a pattern introduced in 1974 and is heavy stoneware with a paneled design ending in an embossed scalloped border at rim. It is very graceful, yet the pieces are heavy and slightly rustic and very symmetrical so they definitely have a French farmhouse look. These pieces were part of a set purchased at an estate sale and the cups/mugs were not used. I have priced at a fraction of retail - great extra pieces for your set. 1. All items I sell either come from or have been stored in a smoke free environment and are sold “as-is”. UPS/Fedex may be slightly more expensive; however, they handle shipments quickly and carefully and are much more reliable and reputable in the unlikely event of damage/loss!
