Swiss or German black forest bellows, made of leather and wood. The piece is meticulously carved, and a fine example of original Black forest carving. The spout is shaped like a dragon, leading into a demon-like face. One side of the bellows body bears gargoyles on the left and right; between them is a "North Wind" face. The other side of the body bears a crest. Overall, the piece looks to be in Nice condition. SizeThe piece measures 24.5" tall, and about 12.5" wide. ConditionExcellent original condition, as described. Two tacks are missing, and there is a very small tear to the leather on one side.
