Description: ****SEE Video Below**** A complete used, cleaned, serviced and fully tested Genuine Mercedes/Hirschmann power antenna assembly.Hirschmann model F487. 5-wire version.For the 1984-1990 W126 S-Class models.Carefully removed from a 1989 420SEL.5-WIRE version, square connector, rubber end cap. For W126 models only approx 1986-1990 with the antenna control switch on the dash. (NOT for 1991 and NOT for 1981-1983) Will NOT fit 1991. (1991 uses a 3-wire motor)NOT for 1981-1983 (These use a chrome screw-on end-cap) Internally serviced and re-lubricated. Perfect working order. The mast is original Hirschmann and in great shape. Perfect operation. Includes the W126 sedan-specific hardware. Also includes the original electrical connector. The rubber grommet is not included but it is easily sourced on ebay and elsewhere. It is part number 1268271598 and is still quite inexpensive new. Very clean inside and out. Fully tested. The motor and gearing are strong an un-damaged. No internal corrosion on the circuit board inside like many out there. See the video below of the unit being tested.
