MASTER COMICS 98 (Fawcett/1948) *HTF—Hooded/K*K Baddie!* Very Bright & Colorful!

Description: an ultra-cool, golden age, fawcett CAPTAIN MARVEL, JR. comic! + Nyoka + Bulletman + Tom Mix + More great golden age art—kurt schaffenberger (15 years before he tackled superman and lois lane!) doing his best, clean, cc beck/mac raboy'esque artwork. GGA too—(leggy) Nyoka & Bulletgirl! this issue features a K*K / Kla* type hooded bad guy, and is very hard to find! as of this posting, there was not another for sale on all of ebay, or anywhere else i looked! is it because of that controversial cover image? i'm not sure. but other issues from that same year were available ** flat, square, very bright & colorful, with good gloss—this one shows very well! ** worst flaw is some ≈ "marvel chipping" type wear at the right edge of the cover and the same on the first page or two. a little wear in the lower right corner, front & back, nothing too bad. also, the staples have rust; you can see this on the front cover, a little on the back cover, and just a little in the CF this copy presents very well due to very strong colors and brightness—the bright cover colors really "pop!"—strong "eye appeal" on this one! nice interior; off-white/light cream pages! see pix for more info—i took a lot, including to show the staples outside and inside the book, etc. all my comics are graded carefully, and all flaws factored into final grades.
