Generally I dispatch the first working day after payment is received. Occasionally though, due to work commitments, it might be a couple of days. All records are sent out well packaged, at the very least with stiffeners and with a note such as ‘Fragile contains vinyl records, please do not bend’ or similar written on the outside. I now only accept payment by Paypal or cash on pick-up, no cheques any more I’m afraid.
