Description: Window card for the 1974 Broadway musical "Mack & Mabel" with music and lyrics by Jerry Herman, book by Michael Stewart, and direction and choreography by Gower Champion. Despite superb performance by stars Robert Preston and Bernadette Peters, the show was not favorably reviewed after opening at the Majestic Theatre on October 6, 1974, and closed after a disappointing run of 66 performances. This is the second card printed for the New York production and utilizes a single pull-quote and artwork developed for the cast recording.The card is in excellent condition without surface wear, scuffing or creasing. The colors remain rich and vibrant. It is important to note this card has been slightly cropped (by 1/4 inch on each side) so the white border is less prominent. The card measures 13.5 by 21.5 inches and is printed on standard card stock. The card is being sold in AS IS condition so please study the accompanying photographs before bidding.
