Description: https://mabad.app/ (زيادة توفّر المعلومات) $8,000,000 - Message Us (for video & code proof as well)*Willing to negotiate* The biggest opportunity for Egypt's fashion future ٱلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ The time is right. As all eyes are set on Egypt - from high-profile events such as the Dior show in Cairo, Art D'Egypte, Egypts first ever international fashion week, and last years Red Bull Mind the Gap (which partnered with one of Egypt's most prominent streetwear brands, UNTY), that just occurred this month - the international world once again turns its head to Egypt's mighty ma'bad. In other words, Egypt has the potential to become the worlds premiere fashion temple. And the summer is right around the corner. There isn't a better time for the youth to showcase their distinctive styles. MABAD, Egypts (Future) Fashion Temple Introducing MABAD, the revolutionary app that was made to connect local streetwear brands to Egypt's 109 million consumers and the global streetwear market. Valued at $188 billion this year, the international streetwear market is set to reach $318 billion by 2025, Egypt's fashion industry is on the cusp of a boom, and MABAD has the potential to position itself perfectly to capitalize on this untapped potential. Egypt, as the 39th largest market for eCommerce and one of the fastest growing populations in the world, has contributed to a worldwide eCommerce growth rate of 15 percent, and it's only rising. Streetwear isn't just a western concept that exists only in the west. Quite the contrary! Dubai's streetwear scene, for example, is seen as a hub for the worlds fastest and largest growing apparel market. What is streetwear built off of? Local brands! What do the streetwear scenes in the US, UK, Dubai, and now Egypt all have in common? Two words: Local brands. Some examples? (A few out of a bunch): UNTY - UNTY is a brand that has been around since 2013 and is known for its innovative and vibrant style. Their clothing is designed with witty phrases and lively visuals that never fail to look fresh and trendy. Partnered with Red Bull in 2022 in Cairo for a free, open street gap contest for skate enthusiasts. Most of their products are sold out, but it wasn't always that way. They had struggled for a while to fulfill orders, hand-delivering merchandise with a truck full of t-shirts, and STILL making orders in parking lots. Now, they're one of the top, local brands in Egypt, with a strong fanbase on social media (INSTAGRAM: untydesigns). Their potential to grow is limitless, and the trust their fanbase has is infallible. WALHESH - Walhesh has a distinct and sentimental style that evokes a vintage feel. They achieve this through using older images of Egypt and combining it with Arabic calligraphy, creating a one-of-a-kind and nostalgic look. They've made worldwide sales, including to the US, UAE, Turkey, Kuwait, and more. Just a small taste of what they're made of, and for what MABAD could do at large. ENSAN STORE - Ensan Store is a brand that was established in 2019 and creates unique pieces by blending vintage artwork from the 1900s with modern silhouettes. Their goal is to combine fabrics from the Eastern world with Western-style clothing, inspired by the Orientalism art movement from the 18th and 19th century. They also use Egyptian names like El Shisha and El Tawla for their products. Their operations include both LA and Egypt, which means shipments to Cairo are included! A brand truly reaching the masses. With international shipping to places like Lebanon, Australia, Europe (UK included), Kenya, Pakistan, Palestine, Sudan, the US, and Saudi Arabia.LGNDRY CRTR - LGNDRY CRTR is a streetwear brand with a skater-chic aesthetic, featuring comfortable and trendy sweatpants, hoodies, T-shirts, and bold designs. The brand captures the Egyptian culture in a unique way that ensures longevity, combining timeless feel and modern innovation. Despite the influence of globalization, this brands remain quintessentially Egyptian at heart. From their reach to London, to selling out hoodies and big collections, to high-quality, 4-5 hour embroidered garments, limited and legend find a wholesome combination. ...and many, many, many, many more. And with both Islamic and Middle Eastern culture becoming apart of western culture, with Arabic fashion trends on TikTok and social media growing the last two years, it's uncanny the potential Egypt has as one of the most important nations in history, to reclaim it's fashion throne on the global stage. One quick look at "arabic streetwear" on Google in the west will show groups like Balenciaga. Yes, THAT Balenciaga. What is streetwear? Streetwear is a casual clothing style that combines elements of New York hip hop and California skateboarding culture, and became popular in the 1990s. Its design is heavily influenced by popular culture. Why is streetwear so profitable? Why? Simple. The reason for the popularity of streetwear is due to some of the following:1. 44% of customers purchase streetwear items once a month or more2. Between $100 and $300 is the sweet spot for pricing streetwear items, with 56% of consumers spending that amount on a single item of streetwear 3. 56% of streetwear customers spend between $100 and $300 on a single item, making it the ideal price range for streetwear items4. Not all streetwear products are this expensive, with many $20-$40 garments selling out just as quickly. However, no matter what the economic situation, they will still buy, and regardless of price. It's not price, it's the opportunity to show off. To be stylish, and always be up-to-date in the social world.Think of Starbucks. Why are they a $100 billion company? Ad copies? High-converting landing page? Powerful funnels? Nope. They're average lifetime value per customer is over $14,000. Over 2,800 cups of coffee that individual customers purchase over their lifetime. All of this by creating products that people simply could not stop buying. The more people see their friends with a well-branded Starbucks coffee, the more likely they are to buy it as well. In other words, their customers simply cannot stop returning. This is the model of streetwear. No wonder the overall apparel market can't compete. What is the target market? Streetwear buyers are typically Millennials or Gen Z who have disposable income and are working professionals without children or mortgages to worry about. They have grown up with an online presence and are accustomed to shopping through digital platforms. Hypebeast's report supports this statement: 1. 75% of streetwear customers are 25 years old or younger2. Streetwear customers with an annual income of $40,000 or less make up 70% and their monthly spending on streetwear falls between $100 and $5003. Around 25% of customers purchase streetwear as a status symbol. Why MABAD? First of all, the model is a low-risk high-reward solution to eCommerce. More specifically, streetwear fashion. Why? Everyone loves streetwear! Many of the local, Egyptian streetwear brands don't even have websites. Many utilize WhatsApp and messages to conduct payments, which is unseen in the overall apparel market. This is because of hype, anticipation, and scarcity. The more scarce, enticing, and affordable a garment, the more likely it will be sought after by any means necessary. Lower inventory, higher quality, more affordability means that, no matter the economy, streetwear is here to stay. Look at Supreme or Depop, for example. But WHY would you want an app like this? And why, despite Egypt's burgeoning streetwear-loving youth population, has no one seen this opportunity? One main reason: Payments. Sounds simple, until you see the numbers. Despite the large demand amongst Egyptians for digital payments, around 77% of Egyptians have not made a digital payment. It's very hard to believe, but it's why many have strayed away from this market. However, while everyone else looked at the surface of the table, we looked underneath. Under the radar of the worlds many political and economic situations, the Central Bank of Egypt has only recently (March 8th, 2023) approved for contactless payment methods through mobile phones. And because people spend more than 90% of their time using mobile apps (only 10% on websites), it's no wonder users are spending even more. $380 billion WORLDWIDE on in-app purchases, and the overall mobile app market reaching an astonishing $935 billion in revenue in 2023. You don't need to be a genius to see the potential. The recent reforms are once-in-a-lifetime opportunities, and this is one that should not be taken lightly. And for the westerner, the name, MABAD, has a memorable, playful, phonetic similarity to "My bad", which just makes it that much more recognizable and exciting. That's what streetwear's about. Not conforming. Breaking the mold. Let the experts speak Another opportunity that has flown under the radar? As with Egypt's central bank, the Egyptian government has recently, in 2022, set up a Textile Industries Council, who's purpose is to support the developing of both the public and private sector and increase competitiveness, which will no doubt help to modernize Egypt's fashion scene on the global stage. Ok, so the government is in support of these burgeoning, local brands. Cool, sounds good. But it gets a lot more exciting. Recently, from May 12th to 15th, over 70 Egyptian designers showcased their collections, marking Egypt's FIRST ever fashion week. Yes, first ever. And despite being a "young industry", according to Susan Sabet, co-founder of Egypt's Fashion and Design Council, the industry is intertwined with one of Egypt's largest industries, the cotton and textile industry, as we've mentioned.
