It is a beautiful cream color with a black outlined ghost, blue trim with orange dots surrounding the plate. It is marked on the backside M. Bagwell Halloween Party Plates. These collectable plates rarely come up for sale. This plate does have some heavy crazing, nothing out the ordinary for this brand. The plates does have light to no utensil marks.
