WE NEVER CHARGE A HANDLING FEE. Ebay calculates the shipping cost. I do the packing to the best of my ability, but sometimes the post office is not too delicate with items, and although rare, I do make mistakes occasionally, please be understanding, GIVE ME TIME TO DO WHAT I CAN DO. Items come from a smoke free household. I ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. I live at the Bottom of Florida and the post office charges postage by distance, so most states are postal zone 8 and a lot farther away from me than if I were in the middle of the country.
