There are some age spots inside, on the front and back covers, and on the edges of the pages. There is edge and corner wear. The back cover has a mar in the paper and some dirty spots. The staples are rusted but still holding tight. No writing inside, no ripped or missing page, no dog-eared corners. Great recipes for cooking in molasses, rice dishes, desserts, seafood, sauces, honey recipes, sweet potato recipes. It is not your typical cookbook to be sure.
