Camilli, Proprietor This Auction is for: Early Heavily Franked Cover / Stamp Lot Description: I am listing a number of 1930s and 40s Air mail, heavily franked envelopes / covers, some with advertising, consular mail, special delivery, inspected, etc. from a number of different countries sent to Brownsville Texas – see my other listings as well! Lot of US 1940s covers, I believe 1946 and 1947, all sent from Bogota, Colombia (by Captain L.A. Mudgett of Avianca Operation), S.A. to Brownsville, Texas U.S.A. · 1947 with blue 5 centavos, blue 30 centavos and yellow stamp. Nice condition · 1947 with purple 1 centavo, blue 5 centavo and blue 30 centavo. Some tattering on top edge. Propellor airplane drawing on inside of envelope flap · 1947 with yellow 1 centavo, black 15 centavo and 3 50 centavo stamps. This is front only of the envelope with wrinkling on left and tear on bottom edge and upper left corner. · 1946 air mail envelope with zeppelin drawing on inside of flap. Has 2 uncancelled ¼ centavo brown stamps and a blue 30 centavo cancelled stamp and 5 centavo brown and blue cancelled stamp · 1946 (I believe) cover with airline drawing inside flap, slit and tattered on top edge, tear on bottom edge – has pair of 15 centavo red stamps, 5 centavo brown stamp and 1 centavo orange stamp – all cancelled. Condition I would consider this to be in Poor to excellent condition (see pictures for details). See details above. Grading on Near Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor scale.
