The Youth Center button is in EXCELLENT shape; a couple light scuffs on the front are its only imperfection of note. The Medical Assoc. Guest button is very clean on the front, but has some light corrosion on the back and on the needle. The Chauffer piece has several bumps and spots of discoloration on the front. Exact item pictured.
