It features iridescent clear micro sequins around the border, and delicate eyelash fringe at the long ends. Measures 80 inches x 28 inches. Lightweight but super warm and cozy, the fabric is incredibly soft. Retailed for close to $1500 when I purchased at Saks years ago, I just have very little occasion to wear it.
