Description: Longarces First Turn Mirro-Krome HS & Crocker Horse Racing Longacres1933 - 1992 was a track located in Renton, Washington. For years, Longarces was the only gambling legal in the Northwest, but the owners still lost money during the great depression. Better times came, and Longarces had a monopoly, but that changed in the 1970’s. From having over 65% of the gambling share to 8% at the end. The property was sold to Boeing, and racing ended a few years late. The Longarces Mile Handicap was the top race of the year. Now, the Seattle Sounders FC used the site after Boeing left the site.
