Description: This listing is for a BRAND NEW RIGHT ANGLE TAPE BIAS BINDER for attaching Bias or Tape to all kinds of fabric of relatively (not very) heavy material. This binder folds the tape in halves and bind it onto the fabric, making raw finish on top and at the bottom. It has a wire at the mouth to help guide the material. There is a lever which helps move the tape and change the distance from the stitch to the edge of the tape. The price is for one unit only.
