The operator of that photography store only operated at that location for the year 1894. This photo has NOT been authenticated, but will appear in one book publication as such,along with the sentiment book signed by Andrew Borden. The Autograph book belonged to a young girl named Amelia Winslow, and Andrew Borden was a close friend of Captain Winslow. Andrew's ssignature along with a poetic sentiment appears on the very first page! His sentiment reads like an errie prediction: "Sculptures of life are we, as we stand with these SOULS uncarved before us." Very truly yours, Andrew J. Borden Fall River, June 1870 This omnious passage reflects how Mr. Borden was literally carved with a hatchet in the summer of 1892! This was the American trial of the 19th Century! Very simuliar to the O.J. Simpson trial of the 20th century! Both suspects were acquitted by a jury of their peers! Both went on to live with the doubt of millions who believed them guilty!
