Description: LIVERPOOL CATHEDRAL REPAIRS in 1964 (Original 220/70mm Film Slide) + 2400dpi JPG AN ORIGINAL 70mm SLIDE SHOWING SCAFFOLDING AND REPAIR WORK TO LIVERPOOL CATHEDRAL, TAKEN ON 5th JULY 1964. __________________________________________________________________________________ This is a 70mm photographic slide which used 220 FILM. It's bigger and more detailed than standard 35mm (see last image for comparison). I assume the slide comes with the copyright as it seems to be the original. FREE 2400dpi CLEANED-UP 'PHOTOSHOPPED' JPG IMAGE: Once purchased, I will send the slide, plus a link to the 2400dpi JPG (approx. 5000 pixels wide). I have cleaned the JPG with Photoshop to remove any damage and most of the marks. I have removed the black border on the JPG, so the image runs from edge to edge. I have also straightened it (if needed), which may lead to some of the image being lost around the edges. __________________________________________________________________________________ Images On This Page (All reduced to 2000 pixels wide): Picture 1 - Is the cleaned, PHOTOSHOPPED JPG you will receive as a FILE. I will ONLY be selling these until the new owner has the slide, then any copyright goes to the buyer. __________________________________________________________________________________ MORE INFORMATION: The dimensions of the film in this slide is 600mm x 450mm. Excluding the border, the size of the Image is 570mm x 420mm (compared to a 35mm slide which is 340mm x 230mm). I've cleaned it with Isopropyl alcohol and cotton wool buds (you may see some threads which have been caught on the cardboard frame). You may be able to see a bit more of the outer area if you remove the film from the cardboard frame, but I didn't want to do this for fear of damaging it. I tried scanning this slide at a higher resolution than 2400 dpi, but couldn’t see any difference. You may get a better result with a more thorough clean and by using a professional scanner. _gsrx_vers_1653 (GS 9.7.5 (1653))
