I tested the VHS tape on a VCR to verify that the tape is in working order. The image quality is not High Definition, it is 1988 technology. I consider the quality to be good. The cassette can be converted into a DVD or an MP4 file with the appropriate software & hardware & an VCR player that works with NTSC tapes.
