We have put this kit together to help the eBay & Toy Train community repair their own ZW's. For those that do not know me I sold and serviced over 1,000's of ZW's between 1999 and 2014 when life changes occurred that did not allow me the time to repair anymore. I have dedicated my spare time to procuring and providing the best parts available to the public. Many of these parts I have had made myself. I still gladly offer customer support with all of the parts that I sell and that includes this kit. All of the items in this kit I offer ala cart. However you will save money buying the kit over individual prices. As seen in the picture our kit contains: (1) B-292 "L" Power Cord, 8 T-159 Binding Repair Post, 8 T-160 Binding Post Nuts, 6 Carbon Rollers & 6 Rivets, 2) 16 amp stud diodes, (1) ZW-232 15 Amp Quick Trip Self Re-setting Circuit Breaker, Red & Green ZW solid Lens Cap' or translucent depending on what is in stock. (2) 51 Bulbs, (4) New ZW Top Screws and 1 foot of wire-plex™ transformer repair wire that is 16 gauge cloth "push back". About our parts in this kit. The power cord we sell has tinned ends and this makes it very easy to install. The T-159 binding post nuts are very easy to install because they come in from the outside of the transformer and a nut holds them in. Our 16 amp diodes are not made in China like our competitors they are manufactured in India. I pay more for them because they are better than the type made in China. The circuit breaker included in this kit is the more desirable full size 15 amp breaker that has a special bracket made so that it goes right in where the old breaker went and you actually use the same screw to install it. Much more professional than the type I sell that uses special commercial mounting tape. The red and green lens caps are made by a very good friend of mine that purchased the original Lionel molds. The carbon rollers I had made special with slightly more copper in them that gives them the more golden color and makes them less brittle and less likely to wear down or break than the grey ones out there. Because of the learning curve of installing rollers we are including 6 of each so in case you break one or two you will have enough. If you break more than 3 please call me so I can help you. If you become frustrated you are more than welcomed to mail me your contact arms and I will professionally install the rollers for a small fee. Finally we include the T-160 binding post nuts, our very popular 16 gauge transformer cloth wire with the "push back technology so you do not have to used a wire stripper and 4 brand new top screws.
