Description: This Lionel 182 magnetic crane is from the postwar period. It is In restored/rebuilt condition. This 182 was completely dissembled, cleaned, lubricated & the lower structure was repaired & painted. This was a spare 182 that I found while setting up My train layout. I must of purchased this 182 not knowing I had purchased a boxed one earlier. I rewired the 182 with new silicone wrapped color coded to factory specs. The only problems are is that the red ladder is missing & the controller is missing the top half & buttons. This 182 has been fully tested & ready to install. A great addition to any model railroad enthusiast's layout. This is a vintage piece and would make a great addition to any collection. I will provide a copy of the service manual for You as I have altered the wiring color to make rewiring easier. I have marked the changes clearly on the wiring page.
