It's marked Limoges Peint Main France signed with the artist's initials and numbered out of a series of 500 (not sure if it's a number 418 or something else?). Inside it's marked happy birthday and comes with paperwork from Limoges indicating that this is a limited signed edition Limoges box from the HSN collection called The Television.
