Description: Very rare publisher prototype original uncreased cover for a mass market paperback. These were made as publisher salesmen samples to show commercial book buyers what the book would look like. This was the "Now a major motion picture" edition, and text on the back cover states that the cover design would be different when the book actually went to press. Notice that the back cover lacks the UPC code that can be found on the back of the production book. There is just a blank area where it would eventually be added.
