Description: I purchased this Kiddle Cape Cod house at a recent estate sale. It is in very good condition. The only flaws are: The stairs are starting to crack. The case has one tear in the seam and the pole that holds up the umbrella has been replaced by a straw. I'm sure that you could find or make something better.
