Nice, bright, & smooth with none of the dents normally seen on these. Does have light hairlines, probably from the car wash, but certainly NO major scratches or dull spots. Check the last photo, there is one spot in the chrome, but that's all that would show in the photos. Item in photos is the actual item you will receive, so take your time to zoom in & check the quality for yourself. ****No mounting clips or hardware are included!
