We offer a 30-day warranty on all hardware issues for our desktop computers (Laptops, AIO units, Monitors and all other items sold have a 30-day warranty) beginning on the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, improper installation, operation or maintenance, improper connections with peripherals and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by RenTek, or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship. Laptop batteries are tested for 15 minutes, they will more than likely hold a longer charge however we only warranty them to last 15 minutes.
