Description: 12 piece Lemax Laurel House with damage and missing tree and light cord. Shown in photos lit with one I have from another lighted house. Dated 2001 on the bottom of the house. The lighted house has a broke chimney ( piece is included) Chip on the edge of the domed roof. Cip on the top corner of the roof. Shovel guy figure has a broken shovel (piece included) The other shovel guy with girl is broken, he is missing his head and the girl figure is broken off and has a broken arm. all the other figures are in good condition as is the street lamp. The lighted cord is a replacement as the original went missing. Comes in it's original box and styra foam packaging. The house measures 7 1/2" L X 5" W X 8" H. I ship same or next business day.
