Looks to be an antique cobblers tool marked ? Parsons. Has 1 1/2"serrated jaws with hammer head. One handle looks to have had a tack puller end that is broken off.3. Two wood handle awls with good points. 4. Two wood handle tack pullers, unmarked.Buy with confidence!
