Edward Barker handmade studio pottery stoneware vase – SIGNED by the artist on the base. Linear impressed design throughout the slightly sloping form, standing an impressive 11” tall, this piece was hand sculpted by Wellington, Kansas studio pottery artist J. Edward Barker. This piece was purchased by the owner at different times between 1974 and 1983 from the artists at a booth at the Walnut Valley Bluegrass Music Festival in Winfield, Kansas. Item Details: Category Stoneware pottery Year Unknown Dimensions 11” tall, the opening is approx. 5” in diameter Condition: The vase is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, or signs of restoration or repair. The signature is clear and easy to see. As with any previously owned piece, anyone looking for additional defects may find them, so we can’t guarantee this is 100% blemish free, but it is in wonderful vintage condition!
