This is available in a single story or 2 story. The single story is just a tavern/restaurant and the 2nd story is bedchambers. We also offer accessories to furnish your new tavern individually or as an addon to this set for a small discount. The Accessory addon for this building is guaranteed to have at least $50 in items for only $35! This building has a 13.5" X 13.5" footprint. This building will also include PDF instructions if you want to assemble this specific floorplan, but these tiles are flexible and you can rebuild it into many different combinations! These items are usually printed in either Gray, Black, or White. However, we offer a wide variety of colors please specify your color preference in the personalization text box. Some colors may require a few extra days to process. Perfect touch to add that extra flair to your encounters. These are scaled for 28mm/1 Inch miniatures common in D&D and other popular table top games. ********************* We examine all of our items and will only send you the pieces that meet our standards. All items are unpainted (unless otherwise stated) and will usually require some basic cleanup. This can be done with a hobby knife and/or high grit sandpaper. Due to the nature of FDM printing, which creates objects by melting plastic and applying it in layers on top of each other, there is layer lines. These are not really noticeable unless you examine the item in close detail. Additionally, through the cleanup, application of primer and paint, can in most cases hide these lines. These are printed in Polylactic Acid (PLA), which is different than most thermoplastic polymers in that it is derived from renewable resources like corn starch or sugar cane.
