Description: Large Murano glass dolphin sculpture attributed to Archimede Seguso. A large piece measuring just over 10.25 inches in height measured to the highest point on the tail, approximately 11.75 inches in length and it weighs 6 pounds 4.5 ounces. There are no marks or signatures. There is a chip on one corner of the base, 2 tiny fleabite size nicks on the base, a few very faint scratches and 2 tiny raised spots of glass on the surface of the fish that occurred during production (see close up pictures and video). None of these flaws are very noticeable except upon close inspection. It is a beautiful piece and a form we were unable to find another example of.
