House comes fully furnished and has over 40 furniture/accessory pieces, along with 9 hand sewn needlepoint rugs. Roof raises to furnished attic/playroom. Fine attention to detail and craftsmanship. One shingle needs repair (see photos). Minor paint touch ups could be used, but overall, everything in good condition. Local pickup in Staten Island.
