You will get a variety of large and small pieces, and nothing has ever been treated with pesticides. I will hand select the most awesome pieces for you that I would personally use myself if I had the room for it. Some pieces may have lichen or dried moss that isopods will make short work of and than you for. The undersides have a good amount of dried rotting wood that’s a delicacy to your bug friends. If you are working on a special project or have a specific request just message me and I’ll do my best to accommodate! These pieces are mostly flat but some will have curves. The thickness varies but all are brittle and will easily snap if you need different sizes. This bark is perfect for isopods and reptile enclosures, but you will need to wash the bark and sterilize it as you would anything before it goes into your enclosure. I prep wood for my own enclosures by putting them in the freezer for 48 hours then washing them thoroughly with the hose and leaving them to dry in the sun. That said, there are lots of methods to sterilize bark so do what works for you!
