Polishing plates are not all the same dimensions so please message me with your plate's exact dimensions, (diameter + thickness). I make these as they are ordered so with your information I can give you an exact fit. all parts are new, requires simple mechanical skills to install, pictures should describe installation, please message me if you need more info, polish plate not included. Not all manufacturers made their polish plates the same thickness either, so it is necessary that I get your plate's thickness along with it's diameter, see last photo. this kit includes - 1. one leather polish pad, 4.2mm thick, very soft/pliable cowhide 2. one foam pad, 8mm thick 3. one tension spring assembly 4. 18 retainer clips * made to order to fit on your 6" diameter polishing plate. It is made to fit your polish plate so please message me with your plate's exact measurements. This polish pad assembly replaces the common pad and adhesive system. No more adhesive, no slipping pads, no more burnt polish, no more exposed metal edge. It is designed to eliminate feathering disc adhesive. It will cover all the way over the edge of your polish plate and stay in place, allowing you to use the edge when you need an arc surface. Thick and soft, it is designed to dissipate heat so that you never waste and have to clean away burnt polish and burnt leather. The leather is 4.2mm thick and very supple. The foam pad is 8mm thick so heat build-up is minimal to none. I've been using the same leather pad on one of my polishers for almost 20 yrs and I see no evidence that it won't last a lot longer. I always keep it well covered when it's not in use, dust easily goes unseen, it's your worst contaminant and it builds up in a short time.
