You are getting a 144" long piece (4 yards) with the top and bottom edges finished, just the sides need to be hemmed after you cut it to whatever sizes you need. The top edge has a rod pocket and the lace is 36" long. The fabric is a medium-weight lace in a floral design with what looks like English ivy and other leaves, divided into "panels" with a medallion in the middle of each.
