Description: Buy this fantastic print of New Orleans! If you are very attracted to this piece, it’s always a good idea to buy! Why? COLLECTING ART: The purchase of original art from an unheralded artist is a very smart investment! You obtain art at an unbelievable price compared to prices a gallery commands. Think about collector Gertrude Stein. She bought many artworks by Picasso and Matisse, when both were not yet famous and when their art was not expensive. Keep in mind that the value of art is never fixed, but will only increase within time. Lastly, support living artists, the dead ones don't need the money! Poor (literally) Van Gogh sold only very few paintings his entire life. His brother Theo supported him financially while he continued painting! “LACE BALCONY” Print of Watercolor 8 x 10 inches It's a wonderful sunny afternoon in the magnificent Garden District of a New Orleans which show cases many historical homes!
