Group 1-135 PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!! Only a POOR version of the first hardcover edition! The dust jacket shows wear & chipping to edges & corners, with a 1-3/8" tear at the front top left corner, plus lesser tears at the top spine edge. There is a 1-1/8" gouge along the front mid-upper gutter, plus creases , scratches, indentations, rub-wear, yellowing & soiling. Both front & rear flyleaves are untrimmed, & the rear flyleaf shows soiling along the top edge. The book itself has a penciled price at the front right endpaper, & there is a green sticker at the rear left endpaper; plus the book shows considerable rub-wear & soiling. Definitely NOT a "collector" copy -- but, nevertheless, an inexpensive "1st edition," although with considerable faults.
