Both front corners are CHIPPED/DAMAGED (see pics). 3 of the inside corner radiuses have cracks (see last 3 pictures. It came in a box labeled 8668-1A1-0 which is a mislabel. Based off other similar sinks I found on ebay, it's similar to a 8668-5UA2-0, however I would consider it a top mount because of the faucet holes and radius edges.
